Providing managers and users with user-friendly tools that make it possible to integrate geographic data with climate data that is updated daily, so that the water needs of crops can be calculated on a continuous basis and provide utilities to improve decision-making on water use in a more environmentally and economically efficient manner.

Improved training of public administrators, managers and users of the resource through training initiatives involving exchanging experiences throughout the Sudoe area, with regional, national and international repercussions.
